Рахманов А.Т.  в целях эффективной организации учебного процесса кафедры в ходе ее деятельности были сформированы документы кафедры, разработаны рабочие  и учебные образовательные программы, учебно-методические комплексы по многим учебным дисциплинам кафедры.

Рахманов А.Т.  дисциплинированный, выполняет задачи и поручения старательно, в срок, качественно. Качественно проводит лекционные и практические занятия, проводит специальные занятия для магистров и докторантов универитета, пунктуален, знает правила и требования исполнительной дисциплины на высоком уровне, активно участвует в жизнидеятельности кафедры.
